This is the first installment of the gate and fence project for the Japanese Garden at Merritt Lake Garden Center. Jay van Arsdale and students built a large gate for the back entrance of the garden. The team completed and installed the gate on May 31, 2009. Our friend Richard Wiborg helped out on various occasions in the shop and also on the gate erection day.
